Today.
Ive been Reading online about "Electronic gang harassment" there are hundreds of others. Most believe it is a government program. look up voice to skull on google.Also there is a Radio show "Coast to Coast" ...I know some kooky stuff on there, But they have a good episode on the subject. mk-ultra, project monarch, These are all programs our government has been involved with that leads me to believe it is our own country who is behind this treatment i'm experiencing.
